Refund policy
Return Policy Summary:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be non-personalized item, unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
To Start a Return:
Contact us at vipsupport@mirageluxurytravel.com. Once your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue ASAP.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges:
Return the item you have and a refund will be issued once accepted. You can make a new purchase for the desired item at any time.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to post the refund.
