I was so excited to see that Mirage Luxury Travel were selling their own branded pen. I instantly purchased two. One for myself and another for a gift.
When I received the pens, I noticed that the leather travel pouch that came with the pens were starting to crack, as if this were old stock.
What was most upsetting, is that the pens weren’t able to write due to almost no ink flow from the ink filler.
I quickly reported this to Mirage Luxury Travel.
The response days later was an apology but no real remedy to resolve the issue from the VIP Customer service team.
I was not able to gift one of the pens and had to scramble to find another gift. I requested a full refund and am waiting to hear back from Mirage.
Most disappointing.
Really happy with my purchase. Quality of item is great and item is as advertised in pictures.
